She is also skilled in drafting and negotiation of various complex civil and commercial contracts, including joint venture and shareholders agreements, providing also legal assistance on the execution of complex sale-purchase agreements, concessions, leases, mortgages, rent reviews and renewals etc., important real estate transactions with the performance of all elements of related due diligence, drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation to post-closing operations.
